Sales Executive

A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, promoting and selling products or services, and building strong customer relationships. They are also tasked with achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
• Promote and sell the company's products or services to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate customer records, and track sales performance.
• Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, quotations, and pending transactions.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals in line with company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND or HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Good customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.
• Must be proactive, persuasive, target-driven, and willing to take initiative.
