Customer Service Manager
Samovic Homes and Properties Limited is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead front-line support operations and supervise the customer service team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage customer service team
- Provide front-line support and respond to customer inquiries
- Develop policies and procedures for customer service operations
- Maintain product service knowledge
- Provide sales support
- Track requests and follow up with customers
- Attend to calls and emails promptly
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Apply problem-solving skills and emotional control in all interactions
Requirements
- OND qualification (minimum)
- 2–3 years of customer service or related experience
