Customer Service Manager

Samovic Homes and Properties Limited is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead front-line support operations and supervise the customer service team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage customer service team
  • Provide front-line support and respond to customer inquiries
  • Develop policies and procedures for customer service operations
  • Maintain product service knowledge
  • Provide sales support
  • Track requests and follow up with customers
  • Attend to calls and emails promptly
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Apply problem-solving skills and emotional control in all interactions

Requirements

  • OND qualification (minimum)
  • 2–3 years of customer service or related experience
  • Clear and polite communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Patience and emotional control
