Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and manage project finances.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and methods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
