Field Sales Assistants

We are looking to recruit energetic and results-driven Field Sales Assistants to join our growing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers within assigned territories.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services.
• Generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Provide market feedback and report sales activities to the Territory Sales Representative (TSR).
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements

• Minimum of a School Certificate (SSCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
• Previous sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Passionate about sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work in the field.
• Good knowledge of the local environment and surrounding communities.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
