A full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, Nigeria, with some flexibility for remote work. The Unit Manager will oversee day-to-day team operations, develop and execute strategies to meet sales and service goals, and ensure efficient property management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team activities
• Identify business growth opportunities
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in property sales, client relationship management, and business development
• Understanding of real estate and property development practices in the Nigerian market
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and general computer literacy
• Adaptability to hybrid working arrangements and a proactive, results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
