Digital Marketing & Sales Manager

HiiT Plc is seeking a Digital Marketing & Sales Manager to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that drive company growth and achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aligned with business plans
• Create and manage social media marketing campaigns with budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
• Ensure brand consistency across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram)
• Grow and expand company social media presence
• Produce engaging written and graphic content (newsletters, web pages, blogs, social media messages)
• Conduct market research and report findings to management
• Lead and manage marketing team initiatives

Requirements

Education:

• First degree in any field (2:2 minimum)
• MBA in Marketing is an advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in social media marketing
• At least 1 year as a team lead or manager
• Track record of achievements in digital marketing

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Advanced social media marketing expertise (active presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong emotional intelligence and relationship management abilities

Preferred Industry Experience: EdTech, FinTech, Telecoms, Education, Insurance, or similar service sectors

Salary

Industry competitive compensation with performance-based commission
