About the role
Social Media Manager at SnappyCX
SnappyCX is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple platforms, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok content creation and community management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage organic social media strategy for brand growth
- Create and maintain multi-week and monthly content calendars
- Write engaging captions and short-form copy, including founder first-person voice content
- Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement professionally
- Monitor and analyze platform analytics, translating insights into actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing organic social strategy for brands or founder pages with demonstrated growth results
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram (primary platform), TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Proven ability to develop and maintain content calendars
- Strong copywriting skills, particularly for short-form content and founder voice
- Professional community engagement and comment/DM management experience
- Experience with social scheduling platforms (Later or similar) preferred
- Ability to translate analytics into plain-language insights and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Beauty, hair care, or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry experience
- Understanding of the natural hair or beauty community
