CRC Credit Bureau Limited is seeking dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officers to join their team in Nigeria. The role involves promoting the company's credit bureau products, managing client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers across target sectors.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital channels, and market intelligence.
• Promote and sell the company's credit bureau products and value-added solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
• Create and distribute marketing content across digital and traditional channels.
• Support the development of brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Manage the company's social media presence and contribute to website content updates.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
• Conduct regular client visits to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Address customer enquiries and coordinate prompt resolution of issues.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and service delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide market intelligence to support product development and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Monitor individual sales performance against assigned targets.
