About the role
Sales Manager - Abuja
Polo Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead luxury retail operations and drive revenue growth across high-end watches and fine jewellery.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through sales to HNIs, UHNWIs, corporates, and government institutions
- Drive category growth across watches and fine jewellery product lines
- Lead execution of high-value transactions and client conversions
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate, diplomatic, and government clients
- Drive volume and high-value gifting transactions
- Maintain strong external presence, meeting clients outside the boutique
- Drive a high-performance sales culture within the team
- Set clear KPIs per sales executive and manage daily/weekly reports
- Conduct weekly sales reviews, coaching sessions on product knowledge, and closing techniques
- Lead weekly product knowledge training for the team
- Revive dormant accounts into active buying customers
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales boutique team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (international degrees encouraged)
- 10–15 years' work experience in sales with over 10 years managing a team
- Strong network within HNI/Corporate/Government circles
- Proven ability to close high-value transactions
- Experience in B2G, B2B, and B2C
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Master's degree is an added advantage
