Responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting internal audits, monitoring budgets, assisting with payroll, and providing financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide variance analysis.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial data for easy retrieval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).
