About the role

Sales Executive - IVD

Uni-Medical Healthcare Ltd Nigeria is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive profitable revenue growth, market expansion, and reagent annuity development within an assigned territory.

This role carries full commercial accountability for revenue performance, pipeline governance, margin protection, and professional customer engagement. You will operate as a solution-driven provider, evaluated on measurable commercial outcomes, behavioural standards, and governance compliance.

Responsibilities

Sales Generation:

  • Achieve 100% or above of assigned monthly revenue targets (equipment and reagents)
  • Deliver minimum 25–30% year-on-year revenue growth
  • Maintain approved gross margin thresholds
  • Drive recurring reagent revenue from installed analyzers
  • Ensure disciplined pricing adherence and support timely payment recovery

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage a minimum of 15 active strategic accounts by mid-year
  • Develop documented growth plans for top-performing accounts
  • Conduct structured decision-maker mapping and maintain executive-level engagements
  • Increase product portfolio penetration and monitor account health

Analyzer Placement & Reagent Growth Strategy:

  • Secure commercially viable analyzer placements aligned with reagent pull-through expectations
  • Monitor reagent consumption patterns monthly and escalate underperforming accounts
  • Collaborate internally to improve analyzer productivity

Pipeline Management & Forecast Discipline:

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline with 100% quarterly forecast accuracy
  • Ensure 100% CRM documentation compliance
  • Provide weekly structured pipeline updates and escalate revenue risks proactively

Product Knowledge & Market Expansion:

  • Conduct structured needs assessments and present professionally structured proposals
  • Defend pricing through documented value positioning
  • Acquire new strategic accounts quarterly and develop government, PPP, and institutional opportunities
  • Conduct territory mapping and contribute market intelligence

Continuous Improvement:

  • Maintain professional communication and full compliance with pricing and approval processes
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports as required
  • Adhere to ethical and regulatory standards and reduce repeat complaints by 30%
