About the role
Customer Care & Social Media Officer
We are hiring a Customer Care & Social Media Officer to join our team in Yaba. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and growing our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp
- Handle complaints and maintain customer records
- Manage and grow social media accounts
- Create and publish engaging content
- Respond to comments and messages
- Assist with administrative and customer engagement tasks
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new digital tools
- Must own a laptop and a good smartphone
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience in customer service or social media is an advantage
