HR Manager

Join our growing Event Management Company as an HR Manager. We are seeking a strategic HR professional to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition
• Handle employee relations and performance management
• Oversee HR operations
• Ensure compliance with Labour Law and HR best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years HR experience
• At least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and Labour Law
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• CIPM or other HR certification (preferred)

Salary ₦400,000 – ₦600,000 per month
