About the role

Digital Marketer

Eagleline Consult is seeking a dynamic, creative, and tech-savvy Digital Marketer to drive lead generation and conversion-focused performance marketing across real estate, interior design, and e-commerce verticals.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Lead Generation:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) targeting buyers, renters, and investors
  • Develop data-driven strategies to capture, nurture, and track qualified leads through conversion
  • Manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI

Content Creation & Social Media:

  • Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with multimedia/content teams to create engaging videos, virtual tours, high-quality photos, and compelling copy
  • Curate and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Maintain a unified content calendar across all verticals

SEO & Website Management:

  • Manage and update property listings and landing pages
  • Implement SEO strategies to rank properties highly on Google for local keywords
  • Optimize website UX to maximize online lead capture

Analytics, CRM & Market Research:

  • Track and analyze key digital metrics (website traffic, conversion rates, ad spend, engagement)
  • Report on KPIs across all three businesses using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Conduct market research on real estate, interior design, and furniture trends
  • Maintain customer databases using the company's CRM system

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven digital marketing experience

Technical Skills:

  • Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  • CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Email marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Canva, basic image and video editing

Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple campaigns
