Customer Service Representative

Castel Resources is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-in visits
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
• Process customer requests, orders, and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
• Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Salary

NGN 150,000 - 250,000 per month
