About the role

We are seeking a competent and experienced Admin Officer to carry out administrative duties, including office management, facilities coordination, records control, and HR support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, filing systems, records, and documentation
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Coordinate correspondence, mail, courier services, and prepare reports
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers
  • Coordinate workshops, conferences, and company events
  • Maintain confidential personnel and organizational records
  • Support document management and archiving procedures
  • Raise purchase requests and coordinate vendor engagements
  • Track deliveries and monitor service contracts
  • Support workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements
  • Assist with employee onboarding and maintain attendance records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years' experience in administration or office management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

Salary

N200,000 gross monthly
