About the role
We are seeking a competent and experienced Admin Officer to carry out administrative duties, including office management, facilities coordination, records control, and HR support.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, filing systems, records, and documentation
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate correspondence, mail, courier services, and prepare reports
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers
- Coordinate workshops, conferences, and company events
- Maintain confidential personnel and organizational records
- Support document management and archiving procedures
- Raise purchase requests and coordinate vendor engagements
- Track deliveries and monitor service contracts
- Support workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements
- Assist with employee onboarding and maintain attendance records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years' experience in administration or office management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
Salary
N200,000 gross monthly
