The Brand & Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth. The role is responsible for managing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and trade channels while ensuring consistent brand positioning and supporting business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's brand and marketing strategy.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and events.
• Manage social media, content creation, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
• Strengthen retail visibility through merchandising, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to improve marketing performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, partners, and vendors.
• Support product launches and promotional activities to maximize market impact.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, and ROI.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive demand generation and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of brand and marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, trade marketing, and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
