Hotel Waiter

Hotel Capitol is seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Waiter to provide excellent food and beverage service while ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks according to established service standards.
• Handle guest bills, invoices, and POS transactions correctly.
• Prepare and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.
• Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure all sales and orders are properly recorded.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Support opening and closing restaurant operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and promotions.
• Work closely with supervisors and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be professional, courteous, and service-oriented.
• Candidates should reside within Akute, Ojodu, Ikeja, Agege, Ogba, or nearby areas.
