Real Estate Marketing Executive

Lifeway Unique Homes Limited is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Marketing Executive to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, generate quality leads, and drive sales growth across the company's real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate properties and services
• Generate quality leads, follow up on inquiries, and successfully convert prospects into clients
• Promote property listings actively across social media platforms and other digital marketing channels
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and strategic business partners
• Organize and participate in physical property inspections, exhibitions, and promotional marketing events
• Prepare engaging marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns
• Conduct continuous market research to identify emerging real estate trends and new business opportunities
• Work closely with the core sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or the real estate industry is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision
