Senior Project Manager (Partnership)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale real estate and building construction projects while fostering strategic partnerships that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate and construction projects
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, statutory requirements, and industry best practices
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to executive management
• Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement across projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• COREN certification (mandatory)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (mandatory)
• Proven experience managing real estate development and building construction projects from planning to completion
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and within budget
