About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced tailor to join our fashion workshop in Ajah, Lagos. You will work on a commission-based arrangement, completing various garment styles with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Cut and sew different garment styles independently
Operate industrial sewing machines proficiently
Deliver neat finishing and high-quality work
Meet deadlines and maintain punctuality
Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of tailoring experience
Proficiency with industrial sewing machines
Skilled in cutting and sewing without supervision
Neat finishing and strong attention to detail
Must reside in or around Ajah
Punctual, reliable, and customer-friendly

Salary: Payment per completed garment (weekly). Commission-based role—compensation depends on your output.
