Manager, Africa Fintech Accelerator

Visa is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Africa Fintech Accelerator program in Lagos. This hybrid role combines product strategy, innovation leadership, and ecosystem development to drive fintech growth across Africa.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy from concept to implementation
• Identify new business opportunities and create comprehensive business plans
• Lead product development while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Drive innovation by promoting new technologies and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's/MBA with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR PhD
• Experience in product strategy, product design, and product execution
• Strong background in customer discovery and developing new products
• Experience working in Agile and matrixed environments
• Knowledge of banking processes, payments, or fintech ecosystems
• Proven leadership and talent development experience
