Customer Service Representative

Myafrimall Logistics Limited is seeking a smart, dedicated, and customer-focused NYSC Corp Member to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Akure Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for serving Corps Members to gain real-world experience in logistics operations, customer service, and branch administration within a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in and online customers professionally
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate information about company services, shipping rates, and timelines
  • Conduct inspection of items for defects and report discrepancies
  • Process, document, and prepare shipments accurately
  • Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers
  • Support daily branch operations as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be a serving NYSC corp member posted to Akure or nearby axis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused, professional, and well-presented
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Must be ready to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Residence within or close to the Alagbaka/Oba-Ile axis is an added advantage
