Customer Service Representative
Myafrimall Logistics Limited is seeking a smart, dedicated, and customer-focused NYSC Corp Member to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Akure Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for serving Corps Members to gain real-world experience in logistics operations, customer service, and branch administration within a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in and online customers professionally
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information about company services, shipping rates, and timelines
- Conduct inspection of items for defects and report discrepancies
- Process, document, and prepare shipments accurately
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions
- Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers
- Support daily branch operations as assigned
Requirements
- Must be a serving NYSC corp member posted to Akure or nearby axis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, professional, and well-presented
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Must be ready to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Residence within or close to the Alagbaka/Oba-Ile axis is an added advantage
