About the role
Job Description: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for fish feed products. Identify and prospect potential customers in the aquaculture industry including fish farms, hatcheries, and aquaculture equipment suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable product recommendations. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our fish feed products, Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms for both the company and the customer. Collaborate With the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales support materials. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and product improvement. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, aquaculture & Fisheries, or other related field. a degree in aquaculture or fisheries science is preferred, 5-7 years of working experience as a sales executive (Fish-Feed). In-depth Technical knowledge of the aquaculture industry, including fish farming practices, feed requirements, and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
