About the role

Enterprise Sales Business Development Manager

Prolato Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Business Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic sales planning, client relationship management, and market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual sales strategy and business plan to drive business growth and achieve set goals including increasing sales, market share, and profitability; cascade into quarterly and monthly sales operations plans
  • Establish close business relationships with clients and act as a contract negotiator in transactions
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies, product pricing, and sales plans
  • Lead market research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities; develop marketing plans and activities accordingly
  • Develop the sales and marketing division's budget in collaboration with finance
  • Monitor economic, industry, market, and regulatory trends; assess impact on the business and advise management; develop complementary strategies to strengthen market position
  • Develop strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to brand development
  • Source and manage relationships with outsourced marketing service providers; evaluate their effectiveness
  • Lead negotiation for business deals and supply agreements

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in a relevant discipline
  • 3–5 years' experience in enterprise IT sales (required)
  • Knowledge of selling enterprise solutions and/or infrastructure (required)
  • Expertise in sales, sales presentations, and lead generation
  • Experience in account management and sales operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with OEM products, IT solutions, software, and digital solutions (required)
