Receptionist (Experienced) at EKO Hotels & Suites

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at EKO Hotels & Suites in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hotel reception experience and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and guest interactions
• Operate hotel management systems (Opera, Marriott)
• Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Receptionist in a hotel environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in hotel operating systems (Opera, Marriott)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in hospitality or customer service
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
• Familiarity with property management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Additional languages
