About the role
Real Estate Sales Officer
ARM Hold Co. is seeking a driven and client-focused Real Estate Sales Officer to market and sell residential properties, commercial properties, serviced land, and real estate investment opportunities to high-net-worth, mass affluent, and upper affluent clients.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and convert HNI, upper affluent, and mass affluent clients
- Sell properties, land, estates, and real estate investment products
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Provide clients with relevant property and market information
- Coordinate documentation, payments, allocation, and handover processes
- Maintain strong relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, wealth management, private banking, investment sales, luxury sales, or relationship management
- Sales drive and client relationship management
- Market awareness and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Integrity and discretion
- Target orientation and documentation follow-through
- Good knowledge of property sales, land acquisition, title documentation, and real estate investment principles
- Experience selling to HNI, upper affluent, mass affluent, or corporate clients is strongly preferred
