Marketing & Admin Assistant

A part-time remote role supporting marketing and administrative tasks for a worldwide company. You'll work with modern marketing and content tools to manage client communications and digital assets.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaigns and content creation
  • Manage administrative tasks and client communications
  • Work with CRM systems for customer management
  • Create and edit digital content
  • Manage email marketing campaigns

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
  • Canva
  • CapCut
  • WordPress and Elementor
  • MailChimp
  • CRM systems

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time (schedule may change)
