Student Recruitment Counselor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Student Recruitment Counselor to support our admissions process by guiding prospective students through their application journey. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to build a career in education recruitment and student services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage student applications from initial inquiry through to completion, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
• Conduct pre-CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) interviews with applicants to verify eligibility and readiness.
• Provide clear and accurate information to prospective students regarding program requirements, timelines, and next steps.
• Create engaging content for recruitment campaigns across digital platforms.
• Maintain active and professional communication via phone and other channels to support applicant engagement.
• Update and manage social media accounts to promote programs and respond to inquiries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong verbal and phone communication skills.
• Experience or aptitude in content creation for digital audiences.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Must be based in Lagos and available to work on-site in Ikeja.
