Head of Marketing

Lead the marketing function at TeamAce Limited to drive brand growth, increase sales, and improve customer loyalty through strategic marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and product initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales
• Lead digital marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, and e-commerce performance across all channels
• Manage marketing budget, track ROI, and optimize spend across campaigns and platforms
• Drive partnerships, local store marketing, and new store launch campaigns
• Lead and develop the marketing team while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, and e-commerce
• Experience within hospitality, FMCG, or retail sector is highly preferred
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
