Sales Representative – Small Domestic Appliances (SDA)

Best Service Raya is seeking a Sales Representative to distribute SDA products to wholesalers and dealers, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets within designated routes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Distribute SDA products from assigned distribution branches to wholesalers and dealers within designated routes
• Collect outstanding balances from dealers and wholesalers
• Submit daily sales reports to the Sales Supervisor
• Plan and execute daily sales objectives, including updating customer records
• Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure optimal availability
• Build strong relationships with dealers/wholesalers, addressing their needs and resolving conflicts
• Identify customer needs and upsell products to maximize sales
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients contacted, and promotions
• Ensure company property is properly maintained
