Sales Manager – Assetrise Limited

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across our real estate business. You will develop and execute sales strategies, lead a high-performing team, expand the customer base, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Drive the sale of the company's real estate products and investment offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence for management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
• Monitor sales pipeline, conversions, and customer follow-up activities using CRM tools
• Ensure compliance with the company's sales processes and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years' proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
• Professional certification in sales or marketing is an added advantage
