Lead Marketer

Jobberman Nigeria Recruitment is seeking a proactive Lead Marketer to drive growth for their printing business. This role uniquely blends digital marketing with hands-on B2B field promotion, requiring you to manage online presence while actively showcasing print capabilities through corporate outreach, trade shows, and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B field marketing by visiting local businesses, agencies, and corporate clients to pitch printing services and distribute custom print samples
• Manage digital campaigns including social media ads, email newsletters, and SEO campaigns to generate print orders
• Design and curate high-quality physical sample kits (business cards, banners, packaging, brochures) to showcase print finishes
• Plan and execute company presence at corporate expos, local business events, and industry trade shows
• Create high-quality photos and videos of the printing process and finished products for social media and website use
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and business partners to drive repeat orders and referrals
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and identify opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3 years of experience in marketing or field sales, preferably in printing, FMCG, or B2B services
• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing and field marketing activities
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits, events, and trade shows
• Portfolio of previous marketing work or campaigns is a strong advantage

Salary

₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly
