Brand Marketing Manager

Mirrors Beauty is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager for a full-time, hybrid role based in Lagos, Nigeria. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, manage campaigns, and ensure brand positioning aligns with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own brand positioning and storytelling across digital and in-store channels
• Lead product launches and seasonal campaigns with cross-platform execution
• Manage brand partnerships and serve as key contact for brand partners
• Collaborate with visual merchandising and retail teams to maintain premium brand presentation
• Track brand performance metrics and recommend actions to drive sales growth
• Identify growth opportunities across key categories (fragrance, skincare, etc.)
• Analyze market trends and ensure brand identity reflects luxury standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in the beauty or luxury retail industry (required)
• Strong marketing strategy development and brand management skills
• Experience with content creation, digital marketing, and social media
• Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance evaluation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing campaigns, launches, and partnerships
• Commercial awareness with ability to connect marketing to sales performance
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with ability to take ownership and drive results

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM software
