Marketing Executive

GFT Limited is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting field marketing activities, generating leads, and developing promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Conducting field marketing activities including client visits, partnerships, and outreach
• Actively marketing and selling product online and onsite
• Generating and converting walk-in, online, and corporate leads
• Following up enquiries, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships
• Developing and executing promotional campaigns, offers, and packages
• Tracking daily and monthly sales performance against set targets
• Providing regular sales and market feedback to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND with 2-3 years experience
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition
• Experience in retail or e-commerce
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience with both field marketing and digital marketing channels
• Familiarity with spreadsheets or sales tracking systems is desirable

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to combine traditional marketing with digital marketing strategies
• Competence in social media marketing and online lead generation
• Confidence in engaging corporate clients and individual professionals

• Basic reporting and record-keeping ability
• Self-motivation with minimal supervision
