About the role
Work directly with the CEO of a billion-dollar company in a fully remote role as a Personal Assistant, managing schedules, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's schedule and personal operations
- Coordinate projects, travel, and service providers
- Research solutions and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant (or similar)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
Nice to Have
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Luxury hospitality or lifestyle management background
- Additional language skills
Salary Up to USD $78,000 per year (including performance bonus)
