Full Stack Developer Instructor

The Full-stack Developer Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ikeja. This role involves designing and delivering curriculum on full-stack web development, including both front-end and back-end technologies, through lectures, demonstrations, and practical labs.

Responsibilities

• Guide learners through projects, review code, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in building robust applications and portfolios.
• Prepare teaching materials, update course content to reflect industry trends, assess learner performance, and offer mentoring and career guidance.
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff to improve teaching methods, contribute to course development, and participate in school events and workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development, Software and Mobile Development, with hands-on experience building and deploying web applications.
• Solid skills in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, with an understanding of responsive and accessible design.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development using modern frameworks, APIs, and databases, with good practices in security, version control, and testing.
• Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, or train others, with clear communication skills and a structured approach to explaining technical concepts.
• Ability to design and update curriculum, create practical exercises, and evaluate learner progress using fair and transparent assessment methods.
• Comfort working on-site in Ikeja, collaborating with a diverse group of learners and colleagues, and contributing to a supportive learning environment.
