Sales Marketing Executive

A full-time, on-site role at Cedarcrest Hospitals Limited. The Sales Marketing Executive will develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote the hospital’s services and specialties, drive patient acquisition, and strengthen brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, HMOs, referral partners, and community stakeholders
• Create and implement campaigns, organize outreach events, prepare marketing materials, and track performance metrics
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the hospital's strategic objectives

Requirements

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing
• Proficiency in Market Research
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Proven Sales experience in healthcare or related service industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including use of CRM tools and basic analytics
• Ability to work in Lagos, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a fast-paced healthcare environment
