E-commerce Sales Intern

Join SunFi Technology Limited as an E-commerce Sales Intern and become a key part of our revenue engine. You will support the E-commerce Sales Lead in scaling our digital sales channel through high-velocity sales operations, end-to-end order fulfillment, and exceptional customer experience delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of e-commerce orders, ensuring processing, packing, and dispatch within established SLAs
• Engage with potential customers via WhatsApp Business and other platform channels to move leads through the sales funnel
• Serve as primary liaison between sales team and logistics partners to track deliveries and resolve transit issues
• Monitor stock levels across platforms in real-time to prevent stockouts and maintain accurate inventory listings
• Provide timely and professional resolution to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
• Assist Sales Lead in updating product descriptions, prices, and promotional banners to improve conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and logistics performance for weekly growth reports
• Help build and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for department scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or certification in Social Media Marketing)
• Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and e-commerce dashboards
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with empathy and professionalism
• Proactive "get-it-done" attitude in fast-paced, complex logistics environments
• Ability to analyze sales numbers and identify trends or bottlenecks
• Attention to detail and commitment to the company
