About the role

Key Account Sales Executive

Bogo Beverages is seeking ambitious and results-driven Key Account Sales Executives to join the sales team across Nigeria. You will manage key customer accounts, drive sales growth, expand distribution, and strengthen relationships within Modern Trade and HORECA channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key customers and trade partners
  • Drive sales growth and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution excellence across assigned accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration within territory
  • Negotiate listings, promotional activities, commercial agreements, and trade terms
  • Implement trade marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and product movement
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments
  • Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and stock availability
  • Conduct regular market visits and account reviews to maximise sales opportunities
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates
  • Train outlet personnel on product knowledge and brand positioning
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing structures, and merchandising standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, alcoholic beverages, or consumer goods industry
  • Demonstrated experience managing key accounts and delivering sales targets
  • Strong understanding of modern trade and HORECA channels within Nigerian market
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within assigned territory

Salary

NGN 300,000 – 400,000 monthly
