Planning & Reporting Engineer

The Planning & Reporting Engineer supports the Project Control Lead and Contract Engineer by developing, maintaining, and controlling the integrated project schedule and progress measurement system. This role is responsible for consolidating contractor schedules, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and producing accurate planning forecasts and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for scheduling, progress control, and reporting activities.
• Define and update a suitable Work Breakdown Structure.
• Develop and revise integrated project schedules.
• Assist packages in reviewing contractors’ procedures linked to schedules.
• Monitor contractors' execution schedules and approve progress reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
• Identify and monitor project risks.
• Report to the Project Control Manager on progress and concerns.
• Liaise with HQ/PJC teams on planning innovations.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in project control and contract administration.
• Degree qualification.
