End User Support Engineer

Vennote Technologies Limited is seeking an End User Support Engineer to join their team in Port Harcourt. The role involves providing troubleshooting, technical support, customer support, and expertise in operating systems on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Expertise in Operating Systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Experience in IT support or a related field
• Hand-on knowledge of Windows 11 in an enterprise environment, Microsoft Intune, Patching, Troubleshooting network printers

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3 – 5 years experience in IT support and troubleshooting
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
• Experience working in a telecommunications company
• ITILv4 Certification is a plus
