About the role

Direct Sales Agent

Halogen Group is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to promote and sell products/services directly to customers through field and indoor sales activities. You'll identify potential customers, generate leads, close sales, and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve set sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote products/services
  • Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct product presentations and explain features/benefits to customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up on leads and ensure closure of sales
  • Accurately complete and submit all required sales documentation
  • Maintain proper records of daily sales activities and reports
  • Provide market feedback, including competitor activities and customer insights
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of sales tools or CRM systems (added advantage)

Key Performance Indicators

  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales targets
  • Number of new customers acquired
  • Conversion rate (leads to sales)
  • Revenue generated
  • Customer retention and satisfaction levels
