Field Sales Representative

Alan Caray Technical and Logistics Limited is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive new business growth and manage client relationships across Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities by actively seeking potential clients in the market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries
• Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored trading solutions
• Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty
• Provide post-sale support and address customer inquiries
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends
• Maintain detailed sales pipeline and CRM records for effective follow-up
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and product offerings
• Stay updated with industry trends and market demands
• Work closely with internal sales, marketing, logistics, and operations teams
• Develop deep product knowledge and attend training sessions
• Submit weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

• Proven field sales experience
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Territory sales planning and execution experience
• CRM proficiency
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Market research and competitive analysis capabilities
• Product knowledge and training aptitude
