Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting diverse talent pools.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
• Providing an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the consulting field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to source and attract diverse talent pools.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
