About the role
Prime Life Transform Limited is hiring a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and drive measurable business growth across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation
- Manage and grow company presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms
- Create, design, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns
- Develop and manage content calendars for consistent strategic communication
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including paid advertising
- Utilize AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve content creation and audience engagement
- Manage website content updates and ensure digital platforms remain current and aligned with company objectives
- Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Management teams on recruitment campaigns, product promotions, and lead generation
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices
- Perform other marketing and digital communication duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design software
- Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI)
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
- Strong copywriting, communication, storytelling, and content creation skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Relevant professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint are advantageous. Experience in health, wellness, lifestyle, direct sales, or retail industries is a plus.
