HR Supervisor

Huko Advisory Services is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead recruitment and selection processes, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with HR regulations. The role involves managing payroll, coordinating employee training, and maintaining a positive organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies
• Oversee performance management and staff development
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Manage and supervise payroll administration
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Maintain a positive organizational culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related fields
• Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR or equivalent are highly preferred
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR Management including leadership or strategic HR responsibilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Proven experience in Payroll Administration, including salary processing, statutory remittances and payroll compliance
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Applicants must be residing around Lekki/Ajah axis

Salary N250,000 Monthly
