Sales Representative – AIICO Insurance

AICICO Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our insurance team. You will identify and educate potential clients, build lasting relationships, and help individuals and businesses secure the right coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Research prospects and generate leads
  • Develop sales strategies and set sales goals
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions
  • Contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Prepare and send sales proposals as needed
  • Handle prospect questions, inquiries, and objections efficiently
  • Assist clients during the claims process for a smooth experience
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills
  • Strong focus on building client relationships
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Must reside in Lagos
