About the role

SafiCare Integrated Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Business & Field Marketing Officer to drive market expansion and customer acquisition for their beverage distribution business across Calabar and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new retail, wholesale, and institutional customers across assigned territories
  • Promote SAQ Beverages products and build relationships with retailers, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hotels, and event vendors
  • Execute territory coverage plans with regular field visits and map potential customer clusters
  • Monitor customer purchasing behaviour and sales trends to identify repeat business opportunities
  • Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales/lead generation reports
  • Track KPIs including new customer acquisition, sales revenue, active accounts, and lead conversion rates

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, field marketing, trade marketing, or business development
  • Demonstrable experience marketing consumer products directly to customers and businesses
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be resident in Calabar or willing to relocate before resumption
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, accountability, self-motivation, integrity, and strong work ethic

Preferred Experience

  • Beverage distribution, FMCG sales, consumer goods marketing
  • Wholesale and retail account management
  • Route-to-market sales operations or territory sales management

Salary N120,000 – N140,000 monthly + performance incentives (based on sales volume, new customer acquisition, customer retention, territory growth, and achievement of monthly targets)
