Manager - Broadband Regional Sales North East.Fixed Broadband

MTN Nigeria is hiring a Manager - Broadband Regional Sales North East to lead the Fixed Broadband sales strategy across the North East region. This role involves managing regional sales teams, achieving revenue and connection targets, executing go-to-market plans, and driving sustainable channel growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Regional broadband Sales team
• Achieve revenue, airtime sales, data device, and gross connection targets in the assigned region
• Drive execution of MTN's broadband agenda including visibility, merchandising, and retail expansion
• Execute channel strategy and manage relationships with channel partners
• Ensure consistent customer experience across all retail formats
• Manage regional OPEX and P&L
• Oversee field coverage by direct and auxiliary sales force
• Develop and implement coaching programs for regional sales teams
• Execute sales strategies for sustainable channel growth and product distribution
• Monitor sales performance trends, stock availability, and recommended retail pricing
• Coordinate with regional Stock/Inventory team and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts

Requirements

• First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or Social Sciences
• Postgraduate degree (preferred)
• Fluency in English and local language
• 6–13 years' experience including:
  • 4+ years in a managerial track
  • At least 3 years in a relevant sector/industry
  • Sales experience in FMCG, Telecoms, Services, or Logistics
  • Experience across diverse cultures and geographies (advantageous)
  • Telecoms experience (advantageous)
